Checking your current account balance. Your account has three balances: cash balance, saving account balance and current account balance.
Cash balance is the amount in cash in your account that you can use to make any purchase. Saving account is reward points in holding stage. Holding period is different from one merchant to another. These reward points will be deposited into your current account automatically after the holding period. Current account is the reward points available for you to be used.

Deposit reward code on sales receipt
This function allows you to deposit the reward point earned from a purchase at participating merchnat. The reward points are captured in the ID on your sales receipt. The reward points will be deposited into the account who make the purchase if the user identify at the point of sales, else, you may enter your ID to deposit the points inyto your own account. Note, if the user has identified at the point of sales, the points will be deposited into the account and not into the ID you enter.
Dposit your reward code, please enter the reward code and press GO. New user: please register for a new account first. Use Option 2, New member registration.

New account registration
This function is for user to register a new account with the eCloud Reward system. New user is not registered with any community. With this new account, you wll have an account that will hold all your cash and reward points. You cn then join any business or community as a member. You will be using this unique account for all your membership with any business and/or communities.
This function does not register your member card if you have one. Use option 3 to regsiter your new reward card to this account.
Note, system will create more than one IDs for your account. IDs are email address, firstName.phone#, and card number.
If you do not have an email account, enter firstName.phone#@nomail.businessonacloud.com.
Note, if you do not have a valid email address, account pasword will not be sent to you. You will have to request it from one of our participating businesses.
New reward card registration
This function is for user to register a new member card to an existing account. A password or at least 2 account indentities are required to register your reward card to your account.
You may use any of your personal cards such as driver licent, credit card, other reward cards to be your eCloud account reward card.
Note, you must have a valid account before you can register your reward card.
Enter your new reward card number and your account id with password. Without a password, you need to enter another account identity.
Account Identities: email address, firstName, phone#, old Card#.
Changing or Adding account password
Changing your account password. If you do not have an existing password, enter at least 2 other account identities and your new password to create a new password for your account.
Enter your ID: email address OR firstName.phone# OR Card#.
Enter your existing password.
Without existing password, enter at least two other account identities: email/first name/phone/card id.
Enter your new password (minimum length 6).
press SUBMIT.
Blocking/Activating Your Reward Card
You may block your card for 24 hours (without password) or permanently (with password) until you unblock it.
Password is required to activate a card.
Enter your account ID. If there is a card attached to this account, it will be blocked for 24 hours if you did not enter a correct password. If you enter a correct password, the card will be blocked until you unblock it with the password again.
Account ID: email address OR firstName.phone# OR Card#.
Reward Performance Reporting
Displaying loyalty/referral performance charts. List the business which you are a member. Display the number of referral members. Total amount of loyalty and referral points you have earned.
Enter your account ID: email address OR firstName.phone# OR Card#.
Enter password.
Transfer reward points to another account
You may tranfer your cash and reward points in your cash and current account to another user. If the user is invalid, the points or cash will not be transferred and remain in your account.
Enter the accounts ID. If you do not have the account email address, enter firstname.phone# or Card# Password for the account from where points are to be withdrawn is requiredEnter a large amount if you want to withdraw all the points in teh account. If your account has more than the requeted amount, system will transfer the requested amount only.
Login/Logout of your operator account to use the operator functions
Enter your Business ID.

press LOGIN OR LOGOUT.

Redeem reward points
Redeem reward point from customer account for a sale. System will redeem to the maximum amount of points available aginst the sales amount and report the balance cash amount to be collected.

If voucher ID is entered, redemption will only apply to the voucher.

Display business profile and account status. With privilege, you may display the business performance report, listing of customers and transactions.
Business account is displayed. To display business performance charts, customer list or transaction list, select the respective button.
